KYNETIC BYTE LLC is not a factory. We don't produce generic content at scale. Every project we take on gets our full creative attention — and we hire people who want to work that way.
We're based in Meridian, MS, but we travel for shoots. We work hard during production phases, and we respect that everyone has a life outside the studio. Our team is collaborative, direct, and proud of the work we put our name on.

Junior Cinematographer
OpenFull-time • Meridian, MS (On-site) • Entry–Mid Level
Assist lead cinematographers on set, operate camera B, manage equipment, and develop your own eye for composition. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience and a reel to review.
Video Editor
OpenFull-time • Meridian, MS (Hybrid) • Mid Level
Take raw footage through to polished final cut. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve required. Bonus if you have color grading or motion graphics experience.
Production Coordinator
SoonFull-time • Meridian, MS (On-site) • Mid Level
Manage production schedules, client communications, equipment logistics, and shoot coordination. The organized backbone of every project. Production experience preferred.
Freelance Crew
We regularly bring on skilled freelancers for productions. If you're a grip, gaffer, sound mixer, drone operator, or experienced PA in the Mississippi area, we'd love to have you in our network.
